Villa Zlata, also known as Villa Goldie, is situated on the island of Krk and offers a comfortable setting for up to eight guests. The property includes an outdoor pool, and a covered terrace where you can spend time in the shade. For relaxation, the villa features a private sauna, while leisure options include an indoor billiard table and a chess set on the terrace. A barbecue area is also available for outdoor meals. Inside, there are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed and a TV. One is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, while the other three are upstairs, two of them sharing a balcony. The villa is equipped with five air conditioning units for cooling the whole house. Villa Zlata has three bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. On the first floor, there are two additional bathrooms, each with a shower. Two private parking spaces are provided for convenience. Guests can bring pets, and families will find a baby bed and high chair available. Beaches Štipanija and Petrina are about 2.3 km away, and a dog-friendly beach is around 4.6 km from the villa. Nearby attractions include Biserujka Cave, 9.8 km away, and Trsat Castle in Rijeka, around 39 km from the property. Rijeka International Airport is 16.8 km away, offering easy access for travellers.

Villa Zlata is located nearby Biserujka Cave (300 m), Fritzy Palace (6.1 km), Cizici beach (3.8 km), Valica Cove (11.6 km). Krk is an island rich in cultural and historical heritage to be experienced. The misty, winding streets dominate the old nucleus of almost every place on the island, along with the churches, each one of them is unique and recognizable. The island of Krk is also included in the sunny parts of Europe with 2500 sunny hours a year. In the evening, Krk (17 km from the Villa) offers good opportunities for entertainment.
