More about the villa This beautiful villa is located in a very quiet place Rebići, Barban municipality, only 2.5 km from the sea, surrounded by natural beauty and greenery, and as such is designed for a carefree and perfect vacation, far from city crowds, noise and traffic. On clear days, you can see the sea from the balcony on the first floor of the house. Each room, in addition to the common outdoor area by the pool, also has its own terrace, which offers you moments of privacy and peace when needed. The villa is decorated very modernly, providing you with coziness and a warm home atmosphere. It was built in 2023 in a very modern style on a plot of 1,000 square meters. On the land itself, there is a villa with a swimming pool and an outdoor facility with an outdoor kitchen, a fridge and two grills, one gas and one wood-burning. The environment is carefully landscaped as a combination of a modern beach around an infinity pool measuring 10 x 3.8 meters and a beautiful lawn decorated with old olive trees and other various plants, creating an oasis for relaxation, while the lights in the evening create a special atmosphere to the whole surrounding. The yard is equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and additional facilities such as table tennis, table football, and others. The interior of the house itself is modern, yet creates a warm and cozy atmosphere of the home so that you feel comfortable and spend your vacation in the best possible and relaxing way. Each room is a whole by itself including a bathroom and terrace, each room also has the latest "wind free" air conditioners, SMART TV and free internet. The kitchen is very well equipped: contains plenty of dishes and modern household appliances, and you will be especially delighted by an exquisite coffee machine that can make more than 10 different drinks. We have prepared various activities and games for our youngest guests.
