Villa Lav Lux is a spacious 300 m² home with 650 m² of outdoor space, designed to feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment you arrive. In four ensuite bedrooms the villa sleeps eight guests, while two more can be accommodated either on the sofa bed in the 30 m² master bedroom, on the sofa bed in the living room, or on an extra mattress in the private suite’s living area The ground floor brings everyone together with a bright living room, open kitchen and dining area, alongside a separate ensuite bedroom with its own private entrance for extra privacy. One level below is a space made for fun and relaxation – a mix of gym equipment, table tennis, darts and table football, along with the shower. Upstairs, three ensuite bedrooms each have a working desk and open to a large shared balcony, and the master suite adds a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Beside the living room, each bedroom has a smart TV. Outside, life slows down around the 42 m² heated infinity pool with massage jets, a big dining terrace with gas and wood barbecue, a solar shower and plenty of loungers surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. It’s a house where families and friends can share meals, play games, swim, or simply sit together in the garden and enjoy the calm of the Adriatic coast.

Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, as this is a residential area. Just a 5-minute walk downhill brings you to a picturesque bay filled with beaches, seaside restaurants and a park with a children’s playground that also features a free outdoor gym and massage service. The nearest beaches, about 500 meters away, offers sunbed and umbrella rentals, as well as a variety of water sports including kayaking, diving, water skiing, jet ski and boat rentals. Within 100–200 meters from the villa there is a bakery, grocery store and restaurant, while a post office, bank, gas station and a shopping mall with large supermarkets are located about 1 km away. The villa is well connected to Dubrovnik by local bus, with a stop only 100 meters away and departures every 30 minutes, while a pier about 1 km away offers boat connections directly to Dubrovnik’s Old Town and nearby islands. Please note that the shortest path to the bay includes steps. Right next to the house runs a historic French path that leads through the hills to the villages of Klokurići and Krstac, passing by old stone churches and eventually reaching the top of Malaštica mountain with spectacular panoramic views over the Adriatic and Dubrovnik Riviera. With Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Lokrum and many islands within easy reach, as well as day trips to Montenegro (Herceg Novi, Budva, Kotor) and Bosnia and Herzegovina (Mostar, Međugorje, Kravica waterfall), Villa Lav Lux is the perfect starting point for exploring this rich and diverse region.
