Hi, we are a married couple who built and designed the newly built Villa Lidija. For several years we have been renting apartments in Baska. Since recently we have decided to offer our Villa for rent to guests who want to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Cres. For guests who want their privacy, be surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and enjoy the evening in the beautiful sunset. We do not live in the location, but we spend the summer in Baska on the island of Krk. We will welcome you to our facility and be available to you as needed. We speak English or you can contact us in German, Polish, Italian, French ... with SMS messages, Viber, WhatsApp or Messenger. We will translate the messages with Google Translator and respond as soon as possible.
Brzac is located on the far west of the island of Krk, in the area called Šotovento. The name Šotovento comes from the Italian words "sotto" - below and "vento" - the wind, under the wind or below the wind. Namely, the Šotovento area is under a few pebbled peaks (Vrhure 238 m, Kukurik 176 m, Škrlat 144 m), but which still produce the natural protection of the wind bora. The protection from the wind called the bora and the turn towards the south and west, the sunny side, favored the lush vegetation development in Šotoventu.
