If you are looking for a stylish villa within walking distance to a beach and restaurants, and yet you want privacy, then Villa Lina is your best bet!
This modern villa with infinity pool is located on a hillside in the small coastal town of Lovran, part of the Opatija Riviera. It offers views of the Adriatic Sea from its terraces and features a lovely private garden with an infinity pool.
The villa is conveniently located close to local amenities and the beach, which are both within walking distance. The outdoor area includes a dining space, sun loungers for eight people, and lounge furniture.
Inside, the villa features a large, light-filled open living area that opens to the garden. There are four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, TV and air-conditioning. The property also provides four private parking spaces.
This villa is ideal base for friends or families to come together and spend an unforgettable summer holiday near the beach.
