Due to its fantastic location, the villa offers an incomparable and beautiful view to the Adriatic sea and the rich nature around. Banjole is located near the beautiful Istrian towns such as Medulin and Pula. Villa Lucy includes a spacious wellness area on the ground floor with a Finnish sauna and an aromatized steam bath, a separate dressing room and a toilet. The outstanding indoor pool (17 m²), always heated to the desired temperature, with a counter-current system for swimming and a massage jet, stands out. In addition to the wellness facilities, there is also a fitness room in the most modern form, where guests can exercise daily. In addition, the fitness center is equipped with various handmade wooden exercise equipment, among which the popular Water Rower stands out. Next to the fitness center there is also a massage room. On the first floor of Villa Lucy there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, a dining room, an elegantly decorated and spacious living room and a separate toilet with a covered and uncovered terrace with a modern barbecue. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Each room has spacious bathrooms. There is also a spacious covered terrace. On the second floor of Villa Lucy there are also three large bedrooms with double beds, each with beautifully decorated bathrooms. One room also has a small covered terrace, with a wonderful view of the bay. The entire interior of Villa Lucy is air-conditioned with modern Daikin heat recovery and valve convector ceiling duct cooling. In addition, all rooms have underfloor heating and a modern 'smart home' control system to control LED lighting, the temperature in each room, and solar shades.
