Villa je smještena u Krasici, ljupkom primorskom mjestu čija kombinacija mira, svježeg zraka i prekrasne prirode čini idealnu destinaciju za odmor. Ovo mjesto, koje se nalazi na parceli veličine 2.200 m2, daje savršen spoj mirne oaze i dostupnosti sadržaja te blizine ostalih mjesta. Na samo 11 km udaljenosti nalazi se Zračna luka Rijeka, Opatija je udaljena 20 km, Crikvenica 18 km, a Rijeka tek 9 km. Smještajna jedinica ove samostojeće vile obuhvaća vlasiti tenis teren, nogometni teren, prostor za sjedenje velike kvadrature, gdje su gostima na raspolaganju TV ravnog ekrana i igraća konzola PS4 te priključna stanica za iPod. Romantične večeri možete provoditi uživajući u pogledu, a ukoliko imate radni odmor, tu su radni stol te prijenosno računalo. Suvremeno opremljena kuhinja posjeduje perilicu posuđa, pećnicu i mikrovalnu pećnicu. Objekt ima tri spavaće sobe opremljene vrhunskim dodatcima kako bi vaš odmor bio što bezbrižniji. U dvije zasebne sobe nalaze se dva dvokrevetna ležaja, a u trećoj, kreveti na kat (1 x 2 m). Villa još ima i dvije sjedeće garniture s mogućnošću razvlačenja.
