Company information

My profession is engineer of chemical technology and ecology. Primary I work with guests what is my pleasure and a great hobby. The villa has the name as well as my two children Sonia and Teo. They have already started work with guests and I hope that they will be better than father in this business. Villa is open the whole year because the weather here is extremely fine and all guests can enjoy the life on this extraordinary beautiful, amusement and historical island Hvar. We take a huge pride in our property and we are always at the service to our guests.

Property information

Secluded and elevated property 1000 m2, 80 m from the sea and pebble beach, 3.5 km from the centre of Hvar town. Private beach area. Heated, infinity pool with massage nozzles and swimming counter. Extraordinary sea views and stunning sunsets. Hot tube for 6 people, bocce game court, table tennis, darts, mountain bikes, electric bikes and scooters with two and three wheels. All included in the price of accommodation. A free motor boat excursion with a skipper around the cove Pribinja. Hammocks in the Olive's garden, solar and cold water showers outdoor. 120 m2 indoor area with three detached apartments. Catering and shuttle possibilities. Free fishing tools, free Wi-Fi, free private parking places, free air-conditioning.

Neighbourhood information

Extraordinary sea view and sunset view. Almost private beach with crystal pure sea water. Two excellent fish restaurants "Ringo" and "Arsenal", 200 m away- Rent-a- private speed boat 200 m away , fishing.. Shop, bar, restaurant in auto camp Mala Vira, 400 m away. Fish market in the cove Vira, 500 m away. Restaurant "Panorama" with top view to the both side of the island Hvar, 1 km away. Prehistoric Marco's cave, 2 miles away. Nice beaches with no people near by. Pine forest around the villa and lots of greenery. Secluded and elevated position of the villa. Only a few houses in the cove.
