The building has been started to build on 5.9.2009. completed in year 2012, and being started to be used for renting in Jun 2013. Total surface is 399 m2, and it has been clasified as familly house. Each apartment has surface of aprox 65 m2. Each apartment has sea view from the balcony and the terrace as well. All our guests are entitled for free 7 hours of A/C per a day. Every additional hour cost 5 HRK.
My name is Ivan Kalajzic, and I am Naval Electronic Engineer, employed as 1st Electronic officer onboard Cruise Line ships for more than 15 years. I am married to my beloved Ecuadorian wife Cecilia Beatriz and together we are fully dedicated to our guests, and available 24/7 for any kind of assistance. Besides renting, our other interests are wine and olive oil making, which we make together with our family. My personal hobbies are Rollerblading, Paintballing and scuba diving.
Our building is located in quiet are, ideal for family , quiet vacation, without loud parties, and street noises. Sea line is just 5 meters away from the building. Restaurants and general store are aprox 200 m away. We are just 4 km away from Omis , where lots of activities (Scuba Diving, Rafting, Free Climbing ) can be found. Also, restaurants with domestic Dalmatian cuisine are on every step. For those interesting in tours, there is quite lots of options like: Island tours,Split and Salona , with their famous Roman , and Greek monuments and sights are just 25 km away. Dubrovnik, with his famous city walls, Game of thrones and Star Wars filming sites are 300 km away.
