This new 5 floor luxury villa is situated in the quiet neighbourhood on a walking distance from Old Town Dubrovnik with spectacular views of Old town and island of Lokrum. It has all the amentities for a luxury vaccation such as an indoor heated and outdoor infinity pool, jacuzzy, sauna, wine bar, chill out room with pool table and a bar, outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and outdoor dining, elevator and 6 luxury equipped bedrooms each with its own bathroom of which 2 are master bedrooms.

So close to the Old town Dubrovnik, but away from the traffic, everyday hassle and noise, this neighbourhood is very quiet as the villa is in a 'Cul de Sac' street.
