The old villa from 1905 was rebuild and new furnished in 2017 and 2018 by the owner very carefully. The house is overlooking the bay and is named after THE BLUE - IL BLU of the sea and sky surrounding it. The interior is modern in light colours of a beach house. Old and new create a stylish atmosphere of uncomplicated lifestyle. The little harbour and it’s friendly people will welcome you. Several small restaurants, Bars and a supermarket around the little „piazza“ of Martinščica next to the house. Your flat is on the ground floor with two terraces from where you can watch the boats coming in. Just relaxing.
Dear guests. My name is Tina and I would like to welcome you to our old lady „IL BLU“. The wonderful house in the Neoclassical style in the middle of the little harbour had seen much better times before, when I found it and it was in bad condition. But you could still see its beauty. So it was a great pleasure for me to renovate it and to bring back the hospitality it had before. For me, my family and friend and for guests from all over the world. Let us enjoy it!
Martinščica on the Island of Cres is the ideal place for holidays as a couple or with family and friends. The sea in front of the house is crustal clear, there is everything you need just around the corner and there is very little traffic in the village. Although the house is in the heart of the little harbour you will find rest and peace there.
