Two additional terraces at the ground floor serve as an extended living and dining area all day long. Intentionally designed door-to-sealing seaviews in all of Villa's rooms serve to truly immerse in a seafront lifestyle. Our family is involved in hospitality for the last 50 years. Understanding the needs and wishes of today's guests in 2024 we designed Villa Vista Rovinj as full property rent concept for guests who desire peaceful high-end vacation spot by the sea and nature. Our main family value is preserving the nature. We deeply respect the gifts of nature. Therefore we are looking for everyday opportunities to preserve the nature, and also to provide our guests with natural feel while staying at Villa Vista Rovinj. Thus we intentionally invested in aquahome smart system at Villa Vista Rovinj, wood and stone interior carpentry and best-in-class textile equipment. We are aware of the blessings of nature that we are surrounded with at Villa Vista Rovinj. We are greatful for crystal clean Adriatic sea full of fish, wide preserved forrest areas, fruitfull Istrian soil providing us with tasty fruits and vegetables. Villa Vista Rovinj is situated at prime residential area of Rovinj, less than 5 minutes walk away from some of the nicest beaches in the area. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, with lots of opportunities for refreshing walks, cycling and running tracks. Just 5 minutes car drive or 30 minutes walk from our Villa there is an old town of Rovinj with its perfectly polished cobble stone streets, a picturesque fishing port and numerous restaurants and bars. Rovinj is well known not only for its fabulous gastronomic offer (including some Michellin star awarded restaurants), but also for its pretty pastel-coloured townhouses, overlooked by the St. Euphemia church perched at the top of the hill, surrounded by the stunning Adriatic sea. By 15 minutes drive fom Villa Vista guests can easily reach a highway which comfortably connects them with many interesting sites of Istria. Istria, one of the nicest Mediterranean regions is well known for its vineyards and rich and aromatic Istrian wines, olive groves that hardworking farmers turn into liquid gold of local olive oil, lavander fields, delicacies from the sea, delectable truffles, unspoiled nature, sunbathed shores and history.
