We offer a micro-luxury exclusive stay for select guests, with no other visitors during your reservation. Amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ, multiple lounges, kids’ facilities, large parking, sea, forest, and mountain views. Price varies based on owner presence. The prices listed are per night and for one accommodation unit, as the villa consists of two units. Only one unit (half of the villa, approximately 100m²) is rented out, while we (the owners) occupy the other half. You can enjoy all the amenities within the villa unlimitedly. However, since the villa is divided into two units, if you wish to stay in the villa exclusively for yourself (i.e., alone), you need to specify this, as there is an additional fee for exclusivity amounting to 50% of the reservation price. The accommodation unit being rented has a private entrance. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with a bathroom. One bedroom features a 200x200 spring box bed, and the other has two separate beds as well as access to a terrace with a sea view and a view of Korcula. The living room has two sofas, which can be converted into beds for sleeping. The apartment has three air conditioners—two upstairs and one downstairs. In the garden, there is a pool, a Jacuzzi, and a children's playroom. If you arrive by car, the villa has multiple parking spaces. Breakfast reservation is possible but only when the owners are present at the villa. The listed price is per person. A baby cot or co-sleeper is available; please specify if you need one in advance. We are a married couple born in former Yugoslavia, living and working in the Netherlands for over three decades. We built a villa with two connected houses—one for us and one for rent. Originally, it was for our two sons, so we didn’t plan to run a tourism business. Since our sons visit infrequently, we now rent out one unit to select guests. The villa is near the beach and center, in a quiet part of Orebic, surrounded by villas and forest, ensuring privacy and tranquility for us and our guests.
