Each villa has a private heated pool with sea views, air-conditioning, floor heating, secure parking, sauna, wi-fi, barbecue area and all on the Istrian Adriatic Coast. Each villa is a pleasant and spacious two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea and sleeps up to 10 people. From each villa, you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Adriatic sea and the island of Cres. Each villa has over 200 m2 of covered space. This is divided into the ground floor which has a space of 132,50 m2 (+51,10 m2 covered terrace)and villas 1st floor is 70,20m2 (+83,20m2 terrace). It features a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea, a private heated pool, garden and patio, air conditioning, winter heating, sauna and internet access.
