The house is located in a quiet street in the middle of the historic downtown, in the heart of Keszthely. Completely renovated, 115 square meters: 2 rooms (2x21 sqm) 1 living room (21 sqm) with a shower with separate toilet and a bathroom with bath, separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with a spacious dining room. From here you have a terrace (15sqm) from where you can go out to the garden. The garden offers barbecue facilities, sunbathing and parking. The house also includes bicycles (1 female, 1 male, 2 children), which provide access to Lake Balaton and the beach in a few minutes, along the bike path. From the house the pedestrian street is 2 steps away, where there are shops, pastry shops, restaurants, museums.
