It would be the perfect apartment for a family or group of friends. Brand new apartment in a brand new house. All amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, smart tv, fast wifi, very safe area with police station nearby, 5mins from metro and 4-6 tram station which is the main tram line.
