Reservation Cancellation: Reservations will be canceled if full payment and valid identification are not received at least 72 hours before check-in. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure payment reaches Comfort Property or Talun Kapu Kft within the required time frame. Payment Responsibility: All payments must be made in full to Comfort Property or Talun Kapu Kft. If payment or identification is not provided on time, the reservation will be canceled, and accommodation will be denied.

Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after full payment has been received by Talun Kapu Kft. Refunds typically take 2 to 4 weeks to be returned to the original payment method.

Guest Identification: Identity Verification: As per applicable legislation, the accommodation provider has the right to request a valid identity document. Guests are required to present this document when asked.

Guest Registration: Registered Guests Only: Only guests who are registered in our database are allowed to stay at the property at all times. Unregistered or extra guests will be charged 100 EUR per person, per day, which must be paid in cash at the property. It is the responsibility of the registered guest or the person named on the reservation to cover any extra costs before check-out, in cash.

Extra Charges: Smoking Penalty: Smoking inside the building will result in a charge of 500 EUR.

Additional Cleaning: If extra cleaning is deemed necessary, a 500 EUR fee will be applied.

Late Check-Out Fee: A charge of 150 EUR per day will be applied for check-outs after 10:00 AM unless prior written approval is granted by Comfort Property or Talun Kapu Kft.

Pet Policy: Pet Approval and Fees: Pets are only allowed with prior written approval. Fees may vary, with a minimum charge of 25 EUR and a minimum damage deposit of 100 EUR per dog. Guests must notify the property of pets at least 72 hours before check-in.

Guests are expected to respect neighbors and ensure a peaceful stay during these hours. Security Cameras: Exterior Security Cameras: Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property, including at the front door. These cameras are clearly marked on the exterior door.

Enforcement of Rules: Rule Enforcement: Non-compliance with any of these booking rules may result in immediate removal from the property.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Comfort 18 Real Family Home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 05:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
