This villa is located in a peaceful and remote part of Lake Balaton, offering guests something rare — a quiet, uncrowded experience even during the busy summer season. Despite its tranquil hillside setting, the villa is the closest lakeside location to Budapest and the international airport, with the motorway leading almost to the doorstep. It’s also the nearest lakeside accommodation to the newly built Balaton Park Circuit racetrack, which hosts MotoGP and other major events. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, apart from a seasonal beach buffet. A car is essential. Within 2–3 km, you’ll find a pizzeria, Mexican and Italian restaurants, and a local ice cream shop. Larger supermarkets and restaurants are a 15-minute drive away. This location is ideal for guests seeking privacy, scenic views, and relaxation — not for nightlife. The closest clubs are in Siófok, about 20 km away. A curious bit of local history: Fidel Castro himself used to vacation just 1 km from here in a private villa during the communist era.
