We started as a family business in June 2023. As residents of Újszeged, we love the town and its surroundings, so we would like to give you some of that small-town atmosphere. We try to do our best to satisfy our guests and we urge to grow, so any feedback is welcome. We hope we can welcome you soon.

Whether you're visiting Szeged for the wide range of activities, are interested in the area or just passing through, our accommodation offers a modern welcoming environment. Choose from our apartments, all of which offer a well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable beds and the utmost cleanliness. Free wifi is available throughout the entire property, both inside and outside the building. On the property there is a free parking lot which is illuminated and guarded by security cameras. You can enter the parking lot through an electric gate. The gate is open during the day and closed at night, when only our guests can use it. The accommodation is easily accessible by public transport. There are two bus stops within 1-2 minutes from the hotel, from where guests can easily reach the city centre. All apartments are equipped with separate temperature controls to ensure a comfortable stay. In preparation for the summer heat, our apartments are equipped with air conditioners. We do not have a reception, so please call us 15 minutes before arrival. Please note that the check-in time ends at 16:00. If you cannot make it here, or there is a possibility of that you will not make it here until then please contact us beforehand.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Újszeged. Some people call it the centre of Újszeged. Right next door is the Toni bakery, which is open every day of the week, even on holidays. There is also another bakery called Félegyházi bakery, a grocery store, a greengrocer, a tobacconist and even an ice cream shop. If you would like to cook a nice meal or take a trip to the city, you do not have to go far. Everything is right here.
