Flaneur Nest is peaceful, nicely furnished apartment with good-sized rooms and a balcony. Fully equipped two rooms apartment suitable also for family accommodation, able to serve every need even for longer period of time. The 53-square-meter apartment is located on the 4th floor of a nice housing estate and is smartly arranged living space that provide human scale comfort and decorated with unique art.

Katona Betti and Zoltán Hajtmanszki are an artist-couple, Betti is the creator of Ethnomandala, Zoltán is a documentary art photographer. The basis of both of our work is the attraction to travel and observe different cultures. Our joint venture operates in the Flaneurstudio studio house, Szentendre, Hungary. The residence of the accommodation providers is Flaneurstudio, 12 km from Flaneurs Nest, in the picturesque Szentendre, in a house with a garden, where our other accommodation also operates. Therefore, we ask that our guests inform us of the exact time of their arrival by phone or on the Airbnb application at least half an hour before their arrival! In all cases, we personally introduce our guests to the apartment and try to answer all their questions, too. Our guests can reach us at any time during their stay on the Airbnb line and by phone if we can help with anything.

Óbuda, the third district of Budapest is traditionally known for its garden city hospitality and cultural life. Although the district was completely rebuilt, it kept its traditions. The neighbourhood is full with trees, parks, playgrounds and restaurants. One of the largest public parks of the city called Hajógyári Island (island of river Danube where Sziget Festival used to be held) is only 15 minutes walking distance. The ruins of ancient Roman settlements and amphitheatres can be visited in the area. The Budapest History Museum is also located here, in the Kiscelli Castle building. The historical photo archive of Budapest is also located in Kiscelli Castle. The Polaris Observatory and the Hungarian Trade and Hospitality Museum, together with the Óbuda History Museum, also take care of cultural programs. Nearby is one of the most prominent contemporary art centers, the Godot Gallery. Due to the proximity of the Danube, there are many bathing and beaching opportunities. The Római beach bath and the bath on Csillaghegy await visitors there, the first periodically, the second even all year round. Of course, those who practice more active sports will also find countless opportunities in the district, not only gyms, but also with the help of, for example, the Monkey Boulder climbing hall or SUP yoga, which is a completely new and especially great experience on the Roman coast. The Római-part, where you can reach the river in its natural environment, without any concrete or other built environment, is one of the most beautiful parts of the Danube, which is accessible from the Buda side. Academy Golf Budapest and the Hajógyári Island Golf Farm await visitors. There are a variety of small and large restaurants in the area. The post office and medical service are a few minutes away from our house.
