A luxury, top-floor, one bedroom apartment in the 1st district of Budapest, on the side of the Castle Hill. Located on a quiet street, away from the noises of the city, the flat faces a still park. The best restaurants, shops, grocery stores are nearby, and the most interesting touristic attractions of the Castle Hill such as the Buda Castle, the Matthias Church, and Fisherman's Bastion are within a few minutes of walking. The 60sqm apartment recently has been rebuilt with prime materials and exclusive interior solutions. It integrates the perfect harmony of the historical mood and the modern practical minimalism. Furnished with cosy furniture and high-tech technical facilities.

Quiet and safe upscale neighborhood, with many green spaces. Várkert Bazár, located right by the Danube, is a ten-minute walk away.
