The Dejavu House is located on my small estate in the Balaton Uplands, just 10 minutes away from Lake Balaton, in the heart of the Káli Basin, in Szentantalfa. I have created my guesthouse on a 200-year-old estate, part of which is the old house - with original stone walls, period-style windows, and of course, modern comforts. Upon entering the house, you'll find a hallway leading to one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Through the kitchen-living room, you can access the other bedroom, just as it was authentically built in the 1800s. Both bedrooms have double beds, and the kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, sink, refrigerator, and a fold-out sofa suitable for two additional guests. Continuing from the old house, the former barn now serves as a summer bedroom, complete with its own bathtub, sink, and toilet. In the garden, another building, once a barn and stable, has been transformed into a spacious summer kitchen, a communal area, and a romantic canopy bedroom usable in the summer. This building also comes with a large covered terrace. One of the highlights of the place is the outdoor summer bathroom, featuring an open-air sink and a garden shower under a beautiful elderberry tree, as well as a private English-style toilet. You can make a bonfire, cook in a cauldron, or barbecue. The place is child and pet-friendly, welcoming everyone with open arms. However, the most special treasure is the wood-fired tub for 6 people, filled with 200 kilograms of healing salt from Parajd. The use of the tub is not included in the booking fee and can be used at an additional cost, priced at 7000 HUF or 20 EUR per heating.
