My place is a studio apartment in the heart of Buda, Móricz Zsigmond körtér. Metro4, plenty of trams, buses are 2 minutes away. The studio is on the 4th floor with lots of light. (There is no elevator, sorry...) I renovated it in 2020 and designed it like I would do for myself. You should know: its tiny :), but this 14 sq m has everything you need.
It's a studio, so kitchen and bedroom is in one space, and has a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet in it.
We renovated the flat, its furnitured nicely. Non-smoking flat. The big window is facing a garden with trees, from spring till autumn it's green and birdy.
The flat is really quiet and we have great wireless internet for you. :D

The studio is on the Buda side of the city: you can find the castle here, temple Matthias and Gellért hill. Citadella is at Gellért hill, (from my place you can walk up to Citadella in 20 mins). Get to Gellért Bath is a 10 minutes walk from here.
Studio is on Villányi street, 1 minutes away from a park and lake. Allee shopping mall is 3-4 minutes walk from here.
We have 7 bridges over the river, so it's easy to access both sides of the city (Pest or Buda) any time. My place is 100 meters from Móricz Zsigmond square which is in the heart of Buda. We have the new Metro4 here which connects you to Pest in 2 stops.
We have here 5-6 different trams, which takes you to all parts of the city. Nbr 4 and 6 trams are the most important trams in Budapest, they go in circle across Budapest crossing 2 bridges (Margit and Petőfi), they have a stop in Móricz Zsigmond square.
Tram nbr 47 or 49 takes you to Deák Ferenc square or Astoria in a few minutes by crossing Szabadság (freedom) bridge.
Bus nbr 7 is crossing Erzsébet bridge and takes you to Ferenciek tere, Astoria, Blaha Lujza, Keleti Station.
And we also have night buses coming all night, so you can get home any time :D
