The Balaton shore/beach is a 3-minute walk from the gate, the Káli Basin is a 5-minute drive or bike ride away! ! The four-bedroom, 160 m2 Balaton beach villa with a large garden can be used independently! Free WIFI! In high season min. we rent it for a week, from Saturday to Saturday! The guest house has two floors, 4 bedrooms on the first floor, and a large terrace on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, pantry, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped, with TWO refrigerators with a large freezer compartment, a gas stove/oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Of course, plates, glasses, tea and coffee cups, cutlery, and cooking utensils are also available. Next to the kitchen, there is an expandable dining room for 6 people. The large living room relaxes with a pampering sofa set, TV, and a ceiling fan integrated with the chandelier. All of the 4 bedrooms have double beds, are super comfortable, with box springs, memory foam, or with bonell mattresses, windows with mosquito nets/shades. From the large bedroom (28 sqm) you can exit directly to the covered, furnished, spacious upstairs terrace, in this bedroom we can place up to 2 extra beds for a small extra charge (15EUR/night). 1 baby cot avilable FREE of charge. The house has 3 bathrooms (2 bathtubs/1 shower tray), two of which are upstairs. The "honeymoon room" furnished with white furniture has its own bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Parking: 3 free parking spaces in the back garden. There is an automatic washing machine, the price is HUF 2,000/wash. Central gas heating HUF 4000/night for cool/winter time. The front door of the house with a mosquito net opens onto the large, partially covered terrace with a mosaic floor, comfortable chairs, a table and a parasol ensure relaxation outside. In the closed back garden, shaded by oak trees, there is a garden pergola for 10 people, a fire pit, and a place for making kettles.
