At the most beautiful bend of the Tisza, close to the beach, a few steps away from the best and most beautiful restaurant in the area, in an original, authentically renovated farmhouse, we are waiting for you to relax and unwind in a beautiful and pleasant environment. The two-roomed house is cool in summer and warm in winter, suitable for a comfortable family holiday: adults, children and pets will have a great time. A large dining terrace, a spacious garden with barbecue and barbecue, sun loungers, swings, a lovely interior and a wealth of facilities are available. 4 people can relax comfortably, but the house can accommodate 6 people. The house is built of adobe, so there is no need for air conditioning! With proper management of the windows (closed during the day, open at night), the house stays cool in summer. Facilities include WiFi, TV in both rooms and on the terrace, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, etc. Bicycles are available and there is also a garden shower. In the larger room, the living room, there is a double bed and, on request, a fold-out sofa bed. The bedroom has two single beds. For those arriving with children, it is ideal if the little ones sleep here. Gas convectors provide warmth in winter. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking or eating. Clean linen and towels are provided. There is also a bathroom for showering and bathing. You can drive your car into the courtyard and park your car there. Up to 4 cars can be accommodated.

Our family has owned the Tiszakanyar Guesthouse since 1980, but we only opened it as a place to stay in 2023. We would like our guests to enjoy the same pleasure that our family has had for more than 40 years.

Tiszadada is situated on the most beautiful bend of the Tisza. The beach built in the bend is unique along the whole river. The entrance to the beach is at the end of our street, next to the restaurant, 80 metres from the house. The best and most atmospheric restaurant in the area is the Old Fisherman's Tavern, located at the end of the road, about 60 metres from the house. Delicious, though not cheap, food awaits you here, and the terrace offers a view and a sense of life that will probably keep you coming back. The grocery store is in the village centre, about 750 metres from the house, which is 9 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car. They are open from 7am to 5pm on weekdays and Saturday mornings on weekends. Also in the centre of the village is the service house, which consists of small shops: a lottery, stationery shop and a hardware store. There are several pubs in the village, worth exploring for those who want an authentic village pub atmosphere. The most famous is the Kakas, which is surprisingly also located in the centre of the village. The main attraction in the area is the Andrássy Castle in Tiszadob, 6 km away. The fairytale beauty of the castle and its well-maintained bucolic labyrinth make an excellent excursion theme. The nearest small town is Tiszalök, 15 minutes away by car, and the nearest big city is Nyíregyháza, three quarters of an hour away.
