The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it has an air conditioner, equipped with moder furnitures and machinery. It is ideal for 1, 2 or 3 people as well (on a comfortable and large double and a simple sofa bed - both in the living room). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, very close to the Szinva Terrace, on Széchenyi István street, which is the pedestrian street of Miskolc. Upon arrival, all guests will be asked to present their identity card / driving licence / passport for data entry into the Visitor Information Closed Database (VIZA). The accommodation fee does not include the tourism tax (IFA), payable on the spot: 450 HUF/person/night for guests (over the age of 18). The tourism tax sould not be payed by local citizens (proven by address card), or University and High school students (proven by student card). Cash payment is possible on the spot. Our 3-bed apartment, close to everything, but far from disturbing noises in the centre of Miskolc. The downtown, the Szinva Terrace, as well as shopping malls, taxi station, bars and restaurants are a short walk away. Thanks to the frequent public transport, the train station and major tourist sites are within close distances. There are several parking spaces in the sorroundings of the building, which is only free on the weekends, so parking between 8:00-18:00 costs 440 HUF/hour on weekdays / but not too far there is another parking place costs 300 HUF/hour.
