Enjoy the city by night and chill by the pool during the day. Villa Suburbia is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes drive from the centre via M3 road. Our garden offers BBQ and rain proof patio with garden furniture, sun beds, hammock. The house inside has huge spaces, a large kitchen and an extra large 4 meters long, 2 meter wide dinning table. The hot tub costs 75 EUR for a day and 120 EUR for 2 days, comes with extra towels and bath salt. Please read further below. Downstairs Dinning Room: more than 4 meters long dinning table with cozy interior and lighting. Suitable for large groups up to 15 persons, though we have only 4 bedrooms for 8 persons to stay overnight. Downstairs Living Room: with TV, AC, fireplace, kitchen with access to the terrace and garden. Two bathrooms. Upstairs 4 Bedrooms with TV and AC: One of them has a private attached bathroom. Other 3 rooms have a bathroom on the hallway. Upstairs: balcony facing the garden, the pool, the trees and the sunset with beautiful colours on the sky. Parking: inside for 1 car and outside for many cars in front of the house. Nearby: Formula 1, 0-24 grocery stores, fishing lake, horse riding farm, fields and forests, fresh air, quiet zone, great for walking, biking, etc. The pool is available and heated until 20th September but it depends on the weather. Please note that we have Quiet Hours in the garden after 22:00. On top of the basic amenities we provide extra towels: one for the bathroom and one for the pool. In the kitchen you'll find a Nespresso coffee machine, some cookies and tea.

We are a family and we are running our guest house since 2019.

Generally speaking, the area is very quiet family zone with houses and gardens. Streets are quiet, nice for a walk. Nearby you can find restaurants, professional tennis courts, a fishing lake, a riding hall where you can try horse riding or even go to riding tours - all of these are in walking distance, less than 1km. City centre can be reached in 20 minutes by car using the highway which is the fastest way to get straight into the city centre without traffic lamps. We suggest to come by car or use taxi. For taxi, download and use Bolt or Uber application with which you can order a taxi by 1 click and they pick you up by your GPS location. Sharing a ride with friends would work well.
