Welcome to our family's Batu kapal guest house. We would love you to come and stay with us in North Sumatra. You will find our beautiful guesthouse a 40 minute walk or 15 minute motor bike ride from Bukit Lawang village on the peaceful Landak River overlooking Gungung Leuser National Park. We were the only guest house here but now there is 2 more , which is perfect for nature lovers and people looking for a tranquil place to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life. With an abundance of nature on your door step, you will love hearing the gibbons morning and night spotting wild orangutans from your guest house. Enjoy our traditional Indonesian family food, we only use natural and fresh ingridients from our garden that we planted ourself here in a backyard,our family working so hard to build our family guest house and dream to introduce our place to the people from all over the world, and we love to make you enjoy and comfortable and be entertained in the evenings by the campfire and the strumming of the guitar. We look forward to welcoming you to our little piece of paradise.
