The villa is secluded and can be hard to find. It is very important that we communicate clearly about our meeting point and time. The property cannot be reached by car. From the meeting point, it is a 8 min walk and a hike down the cliff. This can be experienced as hard for some guests. I will try to arrange a porter to assist with the luggage, but therefore, it is very important to arrange the meeting time very good. The waves will be loud at night and is not suitable for light sleepers. We have earplugs available
Dear Guests, My name is Purni and I am born and raised in pecatu, Uluwatu - South Bali. I am handling all reservations for these beautiful beach houses and will coordinate your check-in. Selly, Dion and i are beach house team. One of us will meet you at the location. It is important that we coordinate the check-in well as I will try to arrange a porter to assist with the luggage.
The houses are a bit secluded and are maybe not the perfect accommodation for everybody. Expect spectacular views, one of the best waves to surf and sound of the sea. The closest restaurant is a short hike up the cliff and then a 15 minute walk to the main road. We can assist with renting scooters and also arrange transportation. If you would like breakfast to be delivered from our other property, please check the breakfast menu and let us know the night before.

Please note that the sea can be loud at night and might not be comfortable for light sleepers. Monkeys live around the property and may pay a visit.

Late check-in after 8 PM is not allowed. Our check-in time is 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Please change your stay date, or you can stay at a nearby hotel and check in the next day.

Please be advised that our property is only reachable by stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Guests should be reasonably fit and able to climb stairs to reach their room.

We recommend that guests avoid bringing heavy or bulky luggage, as this may pose a challenge when climbing the stairs. For guests who require additional assistance with their luggage, we have porters available upon request for a nominal fee. Please contact our front desk staff for more information.
