The house is conveniently located on a small hill in Bukit Jimbaran, on the southern part of the island. Set in quiet surroundings, yet only some 15 km away from the airport, Kuta, Uluwatu and Nusa Dua. It offers superb 180 degrees views of the sea, Kuta area, the airport and Benoa. Apart from Kuta and Nusa Dua, quiet popular beaches can be found nearby. The house is easily accessible through a short private road from the main road to Uluwatu. The land is approx. 1.500 m2 and the house approx. 700 m2 built area excluding open areas. It is built on 3 levels plus basement and easily accommodates 8 - 10 persons in 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. As special guest amenities, there is a full size billiard table. There is also a piano at the foyer. The big overflow pool is more than 14m long, with an attached round bubble bath. There is a Balinese gazebo at one end of the pool. On the other side there is an area for external dinning as well as a covered sitting area. On top of this there is an open but covered area for relaxation and enjoying the views.

Children are welcome. However, the attention is drawn to some of the features of the house that might be considered as a safety hazard for children, especially small, if left unattended, like non fenced and deep pool, various stairs inside and outside, various free standing decorative objects and statues, sometimes heavy. There is a permanent staff of 2 persons. They live in the house in the basement.They will prepare breakfast. They will clean and wash as requested. Also the man will take care of the pool and garden.

There are some shops and restaurants nearby the house. Note however that a car or motorbike will be needed to access other areas like Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua and the beaches, or any other tourist destination. There are many things to see in Bali, apart from relaxing and enjoying the house! • To start with there are many popular surfing beaches around the house like Dreanland, Padang Padang and Uluwatu; also Nusa Dua, all within 10 km. You will need transport. • You also have the latest golf (new Kuta) at 4 km and 2 other popular ones (Bukit Pandawa and Bali National) at less than 10 km. You will also need transport to go there. • The new Garuda Wisnu Kencana Recreation Park is 700 meters down from the villa. • Uluwatu temple is 10 km from the house- For all the above you can use your own transport or a taxi (coming back from the beach could be tricky unless you book in advance).
