Absolute beachfront property, ocean/surf beach views from back verandah , private beachdeck to check the surf having morning coffee or a sunset bintang. Outdoor BBQ/ SA'UNG area for relaxing. Secure ,fully fenced / private yard , with landscaped gardens and cctv, with Mountain views at the front of house. A quiet property with no neighbors adjacent to a recreational fishing reserve. Abundant natural wildlife (including buffalo, monkeys, birds, cows, squirrels and fireflys @ night) call this area home. A Highly maintained property with a very clean, tidy ,comfortable outlook serviced and inspected by the owners regularly.

Way Suluh/ Mandiri is a quiet part of beachfront between the towns of krui and the popular surfing point reefbreak (Ujung Bocur) of the village, Tanjung Setia. Sunset beach walks, local markets, fishing, widlife, local cafes, losmens, food stalls and a hospital /medical facility are convenietly located all within 15 mins .
