Charming Villa home with detached garden bungalows surrounded by private tropical garden. Garden bungalows feature a private terrace with seating and a hammock, with a beautiful view over the garden and rainforest covered mountains. The property is surrounded by farmland and nature with no other properties in sight. The garden features seating areas to relax and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
This is a friendly, charming villa where you can truly relax during your travels. With excellent staff who ensure you have the best experience in Bukit Lawang. The owner Tyson and his team of guides are all nature-lovers, who are interested in conservation and protecting wildlife. They also run a successful ethical trekking company, Sumatra Orangutan Discovery. You can see their reviews on tripadvisor or visit their website; sumatraorangutandiscovery At their property they grow a tropical garden with organic vegetables and fruit where the friendly pet cat and dog love to play. They can arrange an itinerary to suit your travel needs, and provide a number of authentic local activities and workshops to give you insight into Sumatran culture.
The Villa and bungalows are set in a quiet, peaceful area surrounded by farmland and mountain views. Bukit Lawang main town is 20 minutes walk away, while the local village and highstreet is 10 minute walk away. The property is only 2 minutes from the Bohorok River where you can swim and enjoy a bbq. The entrance to the national park is nearby. This location is an ideal spot to begin your jungle trekking.
