Nestled within a private garden, Villa Joss Seminyak by Nagisa Bali by Nagisa Bali features plenty of open-plan living areas and a large outdoor spa pool bordered by sun loungers. The villa is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Seminyak’s dining and shopping options. It takes 30 minutes by car from Ngurah Rai International Airport to Villa Joss Seminyak by Nagisa Bali by Nagisa Bali. An airport shuttle service is available on request. The two-storey villa features four spacious bedrooms, a semi-open bathroom with a bathtub indoors and shower outdoors. Each bedroom has a 42-inch flat screen TV with satellite channel and a DVD player (upon request). Featuring a high ceiling, the large living room boasts a 48-inch satellite flat-screen TV and a BOSE digital sound system. Guests can relax in the pavilion located by the pool. There is also a well-equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, a coffee maker, a stove and a refrigerator. The villa comes with a team of dedicated staff. Traditional Balinese massages can also be requested. Other services include a personal chef and babysitting. There are free wireless hotspots throughout the property.

This four-bedrooms contemporary Balinese villa features a living room and dining room pavilion, sleek kitchen with bar counter, entertainment room and business center, alfresco lounge and dining in the spacious gardens and a 16-metre swimming pool with shaded jacuzzi. The villa offers excellent entertainment facilities, friendly staff – including a private chef, and a prime location in popular Batubelig, near Seminyak and just 100m from the beach. The villa is a perfect choice for families and friends holiday in Bali.

Villa Joss is one of a number of private walled villas nestled within the district of Kerobokan, which lies between Seminyak and Canggu on Bali’s South-West coast. Although Kerobokan's flat plains still encompass acres of rice fields and distant mountain views, development is happening fast and this area is now home to numerous rental villas and private residences, with Western-style cafes cropping up in the most unexpected of places, offering surprisingly good food and home/villa delivery services. Local supermarkets, bakeries, ATMs, spas and fitness centres can be found nearby. Fascinating furniture stores and cavernous workshops offering 'antiques made to order' line the main road from Kerobokan to Seminyak. The volcanic (black) sand beach at Batubelig (also known as Berawa beach) is 500m from the property and here you will find Warung Pantai, a café serving local and western fare. The fashionable neighbourhoods of Seminyak and Canggu are both within easy distance.
