7 Oakwood Manor is a bright and modern holiday home in a quiet residential area, just a short stroll from the centre of Kenmare. With three ensuite bedrooms, each with a double bed, the house sleeps up to six guests, making it ideal for families or friends looking to explore this beautiful part of Ireland. The property overlooks a landscaped green with stunning mountain views, offering both comfort and scenery. The spacious kitchen and dining area is fully equipped and features double doors leading to a sunny patio with outdoor seating. A separate utility room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. The sitting room has a cosy open fire, comfortable seating, and a TV, while free WiFi is available throughout the property. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, all three bedrooms are ensuite. Two bathrooms have showers, while the third has a bath with an overhead shower. Bed linen and towels are provided, though extra towels are recommended if you plan to swim locally or use the nearby Kenmare Bay Hotel leisure centre (extra charges apply). Outside, the rear garden backs onto Kenmare Golf Course, with a private driveway offering parking for two cars. Please note: this is not a pet-friendly property. Energy charges apply and are payable in advance of your stay. Guests will also be asked to provide a security deposit directly to the property owner before arrival.
