This Edwardian Terraced house was built in 1902 and has been refurbished to the highest standard. It is situated in Rathgar. A pleasant residential suburb of Dublin but central to downtown (12 minutes by bus) on an excellent bus route (5 buses). The apartment is suitable for 4 people with a minimum booking of 2 people. It consists of 4 rooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed in each (4.6'' wide), 1 sitting/lounge room, 1 kitchen) + 2 bathrooms. The apartment comes fully equipped with free high speed Wi-Fi connection, 42" flat screen TV. Apartment has towels and soap. Tea, coffee and bottles of water. Check in is from 12pm (midday) and checkout strictly 11am. Dublin city Maps and brochures of things to do and see are provided. The ground floor is owner occupied.

A pleasant residential suburb of Dublin but central to downtown (12 minutes by bus) on an excellent bus route (5 buses). An excellent location to explore both the city and surrounding villages, all within walking distance. Rathgar has a bakery, cafes/coffee shops, bars, supermarket, and restaurants. The apartment is fitted with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, CCTV on entry/exit door, night lights, and fire extinguisher. All necessities are close at hand, buses, supermarket, liquour store/ off license/ bank/ ATM, churches and synagogue, mosque, cinema, shopping mall, restaurants, pubs/bars.
