Appletree Cottage is a self contained studio. Its set in a peaceful location which is close to all amenities. The space is all yours and is ideal for a couple or bring the kids to sleep on the sofa bed. The space has its own spacious ensuite. In Appletree cottage you have the use of you own little cooking area where you can make yourself a nice cup of tea as well as the use of a microwave and toaster. We are very central and Close to Waterford City, plus shops, Pubs and restaurants.
Enjoy cycling, running and swimming. Love the outdoors. Passion for cars and business. Always looking for that next adventure. What the mind can conceive the body can achieve. A shoe is just a shoe until someone steps into it.
Appletree Cottage is very close to all amenities. Our Eircode is X91Y750 The beach is only 10 kms away as well as the copper coast drive. Waterford is a mere 10 minutes by car. We have beautiful Walking and cycling routes close by. The amazing Mount Congreve House and gardens are 5 minutes by car. You can access the Waterford Greenway in Kilmeaden and this is 5 minutes by bike.
