Beautiful one bedroom apartment suitable for two people,( one queen sized bed) spread over two floors. The spacious property is fully equipped and self contained for a relaxing holiday to enjoy the many attractions of the region . A bespoke kitchen, comfortable lounge space hardwood floors, a mezzanine bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite , laundry area, and original paintings hang throughout the property for your enjoyment. Set in award winning gardens comprising a walled garden, a river walk garden, and planted rolling lawns with spectacular views to the Cliffs of Moher on the Wild Atlantic Way, the location is perfect for exploring the Burren Region and the surrounding counties of Galway, Limerick and Kerry.
We enjoy meeting and having people visit from all over the world, coming to enjoy the fabulous region of the Burren in Co. Clare along the Wild Atlantic Way.A welcome pack of home made treats awaits the visitor and we are happy to offer information about activities in the area to make your visit as pleasurable as possible.
There are many interesting attractions in the area and the following are all within easy reach... Lisdoonvarna, originally a Spa Town circa 1850, many buildings from that time are restored and in situ, several award winning pubs and restaurants for your enjoyment many with traditional music and the "craic" Doolin, known worldwide for it's pubs and traditional music, great food , and it is the main sea route to the Aran Islands. The Burren, a unique limestone area of 250 square kms. Rich in archaeology, ancient settlements and ecclesiastical sites, perfect for walking and cycling. The Cliffs of Moher, rising majestically 250 mts. above the Atlantic Ocean, and eight kms. long, offer one of the most spectacular sights in Europe. Cliffs side walks allow views to the Aran Islands, Connemara Hills and Galway bay. The Aran Islands ,provide an example of early Christian and a Celtic Heritage , there are ferries from Doolin to the Aran Islands. Doolin Cave, boasting the longest stalactite in the world , a stunning visual. Castles, Abbeys , and Cathedrals, the region is dotted with castles and ancient ruins, many which are open to visitors.
