Bay View Hideaway is a small little apartment attached to the back of the owner occupiers house. It’s small but cosy and cute decorated with funky little touches. The place is all about the beautiful view over the bay and the peace and quiet of the countryside. PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING ***** as this may upset people if you arrive and are not aware: This little apartment is only accessed by a series of STONE STEPS with a handrail down to the back of the house to the garden, the beautiful views and the apartment. So this property won’t suit anybody with mobility issues as it is stone steps access only. **ALSO PLEASE NOTE THE PARKING: Parking is only available at the very top of the property outside the cottage wall looking down on the house in parking spaces created for guests. So guests have to walk down the driveway and down towards the right of the house and walk down the stone steps to the apartment. ☺️ It has beautiful peaceful views of the sea, golf course, river and mountains in the distance. You can lie in bed and look out to the sea. It’s very special. There is a stone patio especially for the apartment to sit out and enjoy the sea views. You can also sit in and put your feet up on the sofa and turn on the cosy electric stove and look out over the Bay. Or you can have a little nap and look out over the bay from your bed. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and we live on the property with our children. It’s a two minute drive to both of the lovely towns of Lahinch or ENNISTYMON. Ideally you need a car really to stay here as it’s a good twenty five minute walk to down town Lahinch or 40 minutes home all up hill. ☺️ It’s a funky, quirky little place that’s part of our home.

It’s an Irish cottage that has a little apartment attached at the back with lovely views of beautiful green rolling hills, the river and the beautiful Liscannor Bay. The house is built on family farm land so the cows and sheep are our neighbours too☺️

Attycristora is the name of the town land and it means from old Irish place names long ago “The place of God” because of its beautiful views. It’s a quiet rural residential road with all detached homes and local families.
