It has a shared driveway with out house but has its own private enclosed back garden .Fantastic cycling and walking trails and still only 25 minute drive to Limerick city ,50 minutes drive to the nearest beach and the beautiful village of Adare is only 20 mins drive away

We are living next door so there should be someone available most of the time if there is anything you need during your trip.

This property is situated in an idyllic rural area just 20 minutes drive from the beautiful village of Adare. In addition to this we are just a 12 minute drive to Curragh Chase forest park which has a cafe and playground and a beautiful walk around the lake. This is also located near Stonehall Wildlife park. We are only 10 minute drive to the Great Southern Trail in Rathkeale which is 40km long and perfect for walking and cycling. If you fancy a day at the beach -Ballybunion beach is a 50 minute drive away via the scenic Coast road passing through the beautiful village of Foynes. If you are unlucky with the weather there is an indoor pool in the town of Askeaton just 5 minutes drive away. We are just a 30 minute drive from Tarbert where you can get the Ferry over to Co. Clare You need a car to travel around
