These large and detached riverside holiday homes are in an idyllic private gated development, perfect for a family holiday or group getaway. Property layout – Ground floor: Kitchen area Dining room Living area French doors leading onto a decked area Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2 Property layout – First floor: Mezzanine seating area looking over the living room Bedroom 2: double ensuite sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 Family bathroom with jacuzzi bath. This is an extra charge for heating & electricity which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
