New to the market, beautifully renovated 2 bedroom cottage. Bright and spacious inside. Magnificent views of Blackwater River and Youghal Bay Super location, this cottage stands on its own site, with parking. Just 3km from Youghal town and 7km from Ardmore Village. Air to water heating system & Fire stove, Fully functioning kitchen with Fridge Freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher etc. Note: Inside renovations are complete, however renovations on the outside will not be complete until mid-late May.
We are new hosts and aim to please. We live approx. 15-20mins from the property.
The cottage is on its own site, with exceptional views of the Blackwater River and Youghal Bay. Its approx 3KM from town and 4KM from the beautiful Youghal beach. The main N25 road is directly in front of cottage, so there is road noise while outside, but with windows closed inside this is not an issue.
