A private room with a double bed and a bright private bathroom in a newly built,modern,spacious detached dormer bungalow. It features secure electronic gates at front yard, as well as beautifully maintained front,side and rear gardens.
Guests can enjoy a quiet, peaceful and relaxing environment. Pleases note:
1. All check-in should be completed before 10:00PM.
2. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Please be respectful and avoid making noise during this time.
3. Guests are welcomed to prepare simple meals using the oven, microwave and other available appliances. For safety reasons, the use of gas stoves is not allowed.
Easily access to Dublin Airport, city centre, Dun Laoghaire Harbor and Wicklow mountain by bus. Supermarket and local amenities all in 5 mins walk.
Free private parking, free high speed WIFI and free laundry facilities, spacious and bright kitchen and living place.
