The apartment is based in Donaghmede which is a safe, friendly and family oriented area in Dublin. Within 5 minutes from the apartment there is a shopping centre , supermarkets, McDonalds, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Although only 15-20 minutes from the buzz of Dublin City Centre, the apartment is also in a great location for exploring local areas in Dublin. The apartment is a stones throw away from stunning beaches (Dollymount strand and Bull Island Nature Reserve – a coastal sea bird sanctuary) and numerous parks including St. Anne’s Park and Rose Gardens which is over 250 acres of extensive woodlands, water features and walking trails. The park also features a pitch and putt course, tennis courts and a Saturday market which is a huge hit with the locals. We are based very close to the famous and beautiful fishing village of Howth which offers the very best seafood restaurants where you can enjoy freshly caught fish and Irish pubs serving the best Guinness you’ll ever taste. The pretty seaside village of Malahide is also 10 minutes away where you can explore the Marina and 260 acre Malahide Medieval Castle & Gardens, part of which dates back to the 12th century.
