E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away
Easy going liberal minded photographer who also likes music, travel, interior design etc. Married to Adele and we have two boys Finn and Rian. We live in Dungarvan where we run our wedding photography business SOSAC Photography and also now have a new Air bnb rental - E Gray house.
Quiet residential area right on the Waterford greenway. Within walking distance of the beach. Great walking/running/cycling routes on your doorstep. Its just outside Dungarvan town and you can cycle into town via the Waterford greenway (10mins) or its a 5min drive
