A lovely comfortable home where you'll be warmly welcomed.
Double Bedrooms with private bathroom or ensuite, king size beds with luxury bedding, Tv's, Netflix & free Wifi. .
Tea/Coffee, water & snacks provided in rooms.
3 mins drive to Ocean Sands Hotel, 3 mins drive to our beautiful 5km beach.
5 mins drive to Diamond Coast Hotel.
*Shared sitting room for multiple night bookings.
*Fridge/Freeze space for food storage if required.
*Safe parking at front door.
*Secure dander for bikes parking.
*One small family pet may be allowed in your room (Please check with us prior to arriving. Pet must be fully house trained, not left alone in our house.
**Ten Euro** pet fee applies per night, payable on arrival at property.

We are in a lovely safe and quite neighbourhood. Very close to all amenities, just a few mins walk/drive to shops, church, pubs, restaurants, hotels, golf course and of course our world famous beach.
