This includes—but is not limited to—bookings for workers, underage guests, third-party bookings, or reservations made by charities or similar organisations without full disclosure at the time of booking. If such information is not disclosed and the booking is deemed inappropriate, we reserve the right to refuse check-in, and any advance payments will be forfeited. Grove Lodge Holiday Homes is a lovely complex of 2 and 3-bedroom holiday apartments. Our beautiful 2-bedroom holiday homes are all located on the ground level. Property layout – Ground floor: Open plan kitchen with TASSIMO Vivy coffee machine Dining & Living area Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: triple ensuite sleeping 3 Family bathroom with bath & shower There is under floor heating throughout providing excellent comfort all year round. There is a large public playground in the centre of Killorglin. Wifi is available at the property. This is an extra charge for heating & electricity which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
