Downstairs consists of a fully fitted kitchen with all the essentials; kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric fan oven and ceramic hob. Freezer, washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room. Dining room/living room has a large table seating six people, with a wood burning stove surround by traditional inglenook. Separate sitting room with five cosy and comfortable seats, electric stove, smart TV, wifi and free Netflix account. Upstairs consists of three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds and the third bedroom has a triple sleeper (bunk bed: double & single), all bedrooms have space for a travel cot. Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Travel cot and high chair are available upon request. Lawned garden to the side and back, patio area with garden furniture, gas BBQ available upon request. Other Things to Note Ample parking onsite. Unfortunately pets and smoking are not permitted.
