Iris Studio apartment was the orignal house before the main farmhouse was renovated in 1935, it was a home of two halves which we now call Iris and Sarah both called after formidable women . Surrounded by gardens trees its easy to relax and unwind here. Enjoy watching the wonderful wildlife especially the wonderful pheasants who wonder the land. Pheasant lane has loads of spots to relax and chill from the patio outside your apartment to the hot tub area or one of the many little garden areas such as the rose garden or the water fountain amid the garden grounds

Geraldine grew up in the hospitality industry where here mum ran an impressive B&B from the late 70s till 2010 located in the west of Ireland. Hospitality is in Geraldines's blood and has worked in hotels and restaurant from the early 90s till 2015. Derek has also worked in the industry since the 90s and continues to do so be it more in the background now than ever before, but you can be guaranteed, he wont be hiding in the back here on his days off he like nothing more than having a good auld chat with the guests and filling them in on everything that's available in the area . He also enjoys a bit of gardening. It has taken Geraldine and Derek 3 years to get the house and Gardens to the stage it is now spending all their time renovating the old farm houses and apartments at every change they got, from the main house to the apartments, holistic treatment rooms and now the sauna they are constantly renovating and planning

Clonmellon just 2km from Pheasant Lane is also stepped in history with the wonderful Cafe in the middle of the village behind the gated entrance or the beautiful Killua Castle on your way to Kells we are in the middle of a history mind field. The fishermen are in their element with so many amazing fishing lakes nearby, you cant be disappointed with the location its truly amazing.
