The Lodge Mountainview is a brand new two bedroom, 1 bathroom self catering log cabin and is a short scenic trip off the wild Atlantic way, it is situated at the foot of the Ox Mountains in boyhalla Attymass, with spectacular views. There is a newly opened loop walk which passes Ballymore Lake with breath taking scenery , for the more experienced walker The Foxford way has amazing views and goes along the Ox Mountains. If its cycling our guests enjoy why not bring the bike / bikes for a trek around the area where you can take is some stunning scenery . The famous River Moy flows through the parish of Attymass and can be accessed from several locations in the area for those who like a bit of fishing. The FR. Peyton Centre is located in Attymass with beautiful landscaped gardens and offers spiritual retreats, they also have a gift shop and a cafe where homemade treats are made daily and a cup of tea can be had , in the summer time musicians all gather to do ceili sessions in the Fr.Peyton centre. This Log Cabin consists of two bedrooms, a super king bed in the main bed bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom & 1 Bathroom This Log Cabin can sleep six people only. Hot tub / jacuzzi has to be pre booked by guests after a reservation is made through the message service this is a added extra and a fee has to be made AT CHECK IN for the hot tub all details are sent once booking is made , once a booking has been made for the hot tub the guest has up to 24 hours to cancel the hot tub before arrival , a fee will apply if guests want to cancel after this time, The Lodge does not allow Hen / Stag parties or any events A damage deposit E200 must be paid at check in, this is fully refunded on our guests departure Please read house rules no parties allowed , quiet time between 23.00 07.00 hours We live beside the log cabin and are available through out our guests stay for any information they may require through out their stay

The host lives beside the Log Cabin where a warm welcome awaits our guests we are on hand to answer any questions or give recommendations to our guests , the guests can contact us through out their stay and we look forward to welcoming you. As you can see in the picture we offer a hot tub as a added extra, this service must be pre booked by the guests before arrival date , please message us through booking .com once you have a reservation PLEASE NOTE THE FEE FOR THE HOT TUB IS PAID AT CHECK IN It is up to each guest to book this service , once checked in it is not always possible to avail of this added extra . A BBQ is available for our guests , Guests must bring their own Charcoal There is a fire pit , & pizza oven available too ,charcoal is needed for the pizza oven And logs are needed for the fire pit , please note charcoal & timber are not supplied.

The village of Attymass is quiet with breath taking views, a nice peaceful get away can be had at the Lodge, if it is walking , Hill climbing ,or Mountain climbing its all here and if its cycling our guests enjoy , why not bring your bike / bikes for a trek around the area with so much to see , and of course the Fishing, the River Moy can be located at several locations ,or if its just a relaxing break away you can take in the views from our timber decked cabin which faces the OX Mountains and has fabulous views . The Lodge is 10 minutes drive to the nearest town Ballina where there is plenty of shops and restaurants and take away s We have Penneys, Dunnes, Tesco, Lidl , Supervalu , Shaws, Boots Chemist, and a loads more of local shops to explore , more info is available in our welcome book at The Lodge Mountain view for eating out and there are some great recommendations . Our location is in heart of the country in Attymass , the nearest shops is a 10 kilometre drive to FOXFORD and 10.4 Kilometres to BALLINA . We have a hot tub ( can be seen in pictures) this must be pre booked by guests before arrival ,guests need to contact The Lodge to pre book through the message service on booking .
