Located in Rathmichael, County Dublin, on a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac, The Nook adjoins a large family home set on 2.5 acres of gated gardens. Flanked by empty fields, The Nook commands uninterrupted views of Carrickgollogan Hill and Rathmichael Wood and is less than a 10-minute drive from the coast. Private Internal Access Includes: - Fully-fitted kitchen, dining area & living room - 3 large upstairs bedrooms (5 guests max) - 2.5 recently renovated bathrooms - Upstairs TV snug & reading area - Dedicated WFH space (fast Wi-Fi) - Garage space with private washer & dryer - Child-friendly (travel cot & highchair on request) - Pet-friendly (on request). Outdoor Amenities: - Large south-facing garden & patio area - Children's playground and private tennis court - Free gated parking (2 cars max) Guest Access: *THE NOOK IS FOR PAYING GUESTS ONLY. NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS PERMITTED* The Nook adjoins a large family home, however is fully self-contained. Guests have access via a private entrance and are provided with a code for the electric gates.
